1. Premise

The products sold on this site are entirely made to order and fully customizable . Each item is tailor-made based on the customer's specifications , with no stock production.

2. Characteristics of the products

• The products are handcrafted from high quality iron

• Each item is produced on request and made to measure , based on:

  • Measurements provided by the customer

  • Desired color

  • Profile/tubular type

• The images are indicative and may differ slightly from the final version, due to the craftsmanship and customization.

3. Prices and payment methods

• Prices are expressed in Euros , including VAT (if applicable) and free shipping in Italy.

• Accepted payment methods include cash on delivery (cash on delivery) and other methods that may be available during checkout.

• In the case of cash on delivery, the customer agrees to collect and pay for the ordered product . Failure to collect will result in the customer being charged for the costs incurred for production and shipping.

4. Production and shipping times

• The products are handcrafted to measure , with production times that generally vary from 7 to 15 working days

• Shipping is via reliable national couriers (e.g. BRT, SDA, UPS), with delivery times between 1 and 3 working days.

• As soon as the product is ready, the customer will receive a communication and tracking of the shipment.

5. Absence of the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized goods.

⚠️ Once production has started, it will not be possible to cancel or modify the order.

6. Legal guarantee

All products benefit from a 24-month legal guarantee for defects of conformity, provided they do not arise from:

• Improper or negligent use

• Damage during assembly by the customer

• Unauthorized modifications

• Normal wear and tear due to time

In case of defects, the customer must report the problem within 7 days of receipt , attaching photos and a description.

7. Limitations of use

The products are intended for residential and decorative use. Installation in humid, exposed outdoor, or industrial environments requires due precautions and appropriate treatments, as requested at the time of ordering.

8. Responsibility

Decimus cannot be held responsible for:

• Damage caused by improper installation

• Errors in the measurements provided by the customer

• Delays caused by external events (e.g. couriers, bad weather, strikes)

9. Changes to the Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law . Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer 's court residing in Italy, or the jurisdiction of the seller in the case of professional customers.
